RESOLUTIONS <br />City Council <br />July 23, 1986 <br />Thunder Bay The City Engineer reported that the storm sewer in the Thunder Bay <br />Storm Sewer Addition was installed at a reverse grade and will have to be <br />redone. The Engineer stated that the City cannot tie onto the <br />Agenda storm sewer until this is done. <br />Item No. 23 <br />It was the concensus of the Council that no further building permits <br />should be issued in Thunder Bay Addition until this correction work <br />is completed. <br />The Attorney stated that this work is part of the plat and should <br />be done according to the specifications. The Attorney recommended <br />that no further building permits be issued until corrections are <br />made. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 86-7-342 - DECLARING THAT <br />NO BUILDING PERMITS WILL QE ISSUED IN THE <br />THUNDER BAY ADDITION UNTIL THE STORM SEWER <br />IS CORRECTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ENGINEER'S <br />RECOMMENDATIONS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Collova, Nardini, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 15, Page 400. <br />Amending The City Clerk recommended that the following streets be designated <br />Resolution as Minnesota State Aid and as separate routes: <br />No. <br />86-6-276 Demont from Rice Street to Canabury Drive (35E); <br />Canabury Drive from Demont to County Road B-2; <br />Agenda County Road B-2 from Canabury Drive to Rice Street. <br />Item No. 26 <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 86-7-343 - AMENDING RESOLUTION <br />86-6-276 BY INDICATING TNE FOLLOWING AS <br />SEPARATE ROUTES AND AS STATE AID STREETS: <br />DEMONT FROM RICE STREET TO CANABURY DRIVE (35E); <br />CANABURY DRIVE FROP4 DEMONT TO COUNTY ROAD B-2; <br />COUNTY ROAD B-2 FROM CANABURY DRIVE TO RICE STREET <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. <br />Ayes (5) fahey, Collova, Blesener, Scalze, Nardini. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 15, Page 401. <br />Page -20- <br />
