MINUTES <br />City Council <br />July 23, 1986 <br />Fireworks Ms. Nardini reported that the City received complaints about <br />Complaints fireworks on the 4th of July at certain bars. Nardini reported <br />that Mr. Durray of Hoggsb~eath -f~}n~d_san~ security personnel <br />Agenda to patrol the parking lot and ~~~ s~~~ patrons leave the premises <br />Item No. 27 in an orderly fashion. * correccion <br />Res. 86-8-349 <br />No Parking Mrs. Scalze reported that Mrs. Huot, property owner on Noel Drive, <br />On Noel Dr, is concerned about overflow parking onto Noel Drive from the <br />parking lot for Gervais Mill Park. Hout has requested that <br />Agenda Noel Drive be posted no parking from the Little Canada City <br />Addition Center driveway to the top of the hill. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 86-7-344 - INSTRUCTING <br />PUBLIC WORKS TO POST NOEL DRIVE NO PARKI~IG <br />ON BOTH SIDES OF THE STREET FROM TNE CITY <br />HALL DRIVEWAY TO THE TOP OF THE HILL <br />Little Canada <br />Road <br />Directional <br />Sign <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 29 <br />Sealcoating <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 29 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Ms. Nardini. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Nardini, Fahey, Collova, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 15, Page 402. <br />Mr. Blesener reported that the County will not permit an <br />"apartment complex/industrial park" directional sign at the <br />intersection of Little Canada Road and Centerville Road. <br />Fahey suggested that Pubtic Works write the County confirming <br />this decision and send a copy of the letter to Montreal Courts <br />and Stenger Auto Body. <br />Mr. Blesener reported that sealcoating of certain City streets <br />will begin on Friday. <br />Resurfacing Mrs. Scalze reported that the Park Commission would like to obtain <br />Of Tennis quotations for resurfacing and recoating of the tennis courts in <br />Courts Spooner Park. <br />Agenda Scalze reported that this work has been budgeted for and is estimated <br />Item No. 30a at $5,000. <br />Page -21- <br />
