MINUTES City Council July 23, 1986 Fireworks Ms. Nardini reported that the City received complaints about Complaints fireworks on the 4th of July at certain bars. Hout has requested that Agenda Noel Drive be posted no parking from the Little Canada City Addition Center driveway to the top of the hill. Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 86-7-344 - INSTRUCTING PUBLIC WORKS TO POST NOEL DRIVE NO PARKI~IG ON BOTH SIDES OF THE STREET FROM TNE CITY HALL DRIVEWAY TO THE TOP OF THE HILL Little Canada Road Directional Sign Agenda Item No. 29 Sealcoating Agenda Item No. 29 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Ms. Nardini. Ayes (5) Scalze, Nardini, Fahey, Collova, Blesener. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 15, Page 402. Mr. Blesener reported that the County will not permit an "apartment complex/industrial park" directional sign at the intersection of Little Canada Road and Centerville Road. Fahey suggested that Pubtic Works write the County confirming this decision and send a copy of the letter to Montreal Courts and Stenger Auto Body. Mr. Blesener reported that sealcoating of certain City streets will begin on Friday. Resurfacing Mrs. Scalze reported that the Park Commission would like to obtain Of Tennis quotations for resurfacing and recoating of the tennis courts in Courts Spooner Park. Agenda Scalze reported that this work has been budgeted for and is estimated Item No. 30a at $5,000. Page -21-
