MINUTES <br />City Council <br />August 27, 1986 <br />Text Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Amendment <br />Landscape RESOLUTION N0. 86-8-370 - CLOSING <br />Businesses THE PUBLIC NEFlRING TO CONSIDER A <br />(Cont.) TEXT AMENDMENT PROVIDING A CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT FOR A LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE <br />BUSINESS IN A B-3 AREA <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Ms. Nardini. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Nardini, Scalze, Fahey, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 15, Page 431. <br />Blesener suggested that the eviction notice be extended until <br />July 1, 1987 so that the neighborhood could determine what impact <br />these businesses would have. <br />Scalze felt that July 1 would put the businesses in the middle <br />of their peak season and that the Council would not require them <br />to relocate at that time even if there were problems. <br />Blesener did not feel that the neighborhood would be able to judge <br />these businesses any earlier than July 1 when the businesses would <br />be in full operation. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 86-8-371 - EXTENDING THE <br />EVICTION NOTICE FOR ANDERSON LAWN SERVICE <br />AND PRESCRIPTION LANDSCAPE UNTIL JULY l, 1987 <br />TO GIVE THE NEIGHBORHOOD AN OPPORTUNITY TO <br />DETERMINE WHAT THESE BUSINESSES ARE LIKE AND <br />GRANTING ACCESS TO PARK STREET FOR THESE <br />BUSINESSES PROVIDED THAT THE ROAD IS GR.4DED <br />AND A DRIVEWAY MIX INSTALLED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. <br />Ayes (2) Blesener, Collova. <br />Nays (3) Scalze, Dlardini, Fahey. <br />Resolution denied. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 15, Page 432. <br />Scalze suggested that the eviction notice be extended ~intil <br />January 1, 19~7. <br />~ag2 -8- <br />
