MINUTES City Council Dec. 23, 1986 Krejci The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Ms. Nardini. (Cont.) Ayes (5) Blesener, Nardini, Collova, Scalze, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution 6ook No. 15, Page 666. Ms. Nardini introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 86-12-550 - APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REOUESTED BY THOMAS KREJCI TO AMEND PUD AGREEMENT FOR HIS PROPERTY LOCATED AT 433 LITTLE CANADA P.OAD IN ORDER TO CONSTRUCT A 2,400 SQUARE FOOT ADDITION The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by P4r. Blesener. Ayes (5) Nardini, Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 15, Page 667. Thomas Mayor Fahey opened the Public Hearing on the request by Thomas Nardy Nardy D/B/A Zeta Corporation for a conditional use permit for Conditional used car sales at 196 Ryan Lane. Use Permit For Used Fahey pointed out that the Planning Commission tabled action on Car Sales this request pending a further report by the Planner. Agenda The Planner submitted a report dated December 9, 1986 recommending Item No. 5 denial of the request as retail activity was not appropriate in an Industrial District. Fahey pointed out that the Council will hold the public hearing at this point, but that action on the proposal will be tabled pending a recommendation from the Planning Commission. Fahey asked if there was anyone present from the general public wishing to comment on the Hardy conditional use permit request. There was no one present wishing to comment.
