Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 15, Page 668. <br />Mr. Blesener asked if retail sales would occur at 196 Ryan Lane. <br />Mr. Hardy reported that he sells automobiles around the United States. <br />Hardy indicated that his operation at 196 Ryan Lane would consist <br />of cars being delivered to the site for reconditioning and clean-up <br />and then delivered to dealers who have purchased the cars. Hardy <br />reported that vehicles would be kept inside the building, and Mr. <br />Hardy would have an office at this location. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 86-12-552 - TABLING ACTION <br />ON THE THOMAS HARDY REQUEST FOR CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT FOR USED CAR SALES PENDING A <br />RECOMP4ENDATION BY TNE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by P1r. Collova. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Collova, Nardini, Fahey, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 15, Page 669. <br />Imp. No. Mr. Fahey opened the Public Hearing on Improvement No. 87-1, the <br />87-1 improvement of Soo Lane from South Owasso Blvd. to Woodlyn Avenue <br />Woodlyn and Woodlyn Avenue from Rice Street to the East End by grading, <br />Avenue sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, gravel base, bituminous <br />Area surface and concrete curb and gutter. Estimated cost of the <br />improvement is $694,890. <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 6 The Engineer presented a diagram showing the improvement. The <br />Engineer explained that not all the properties in the area need <br />sewer, water, or storm sewer, therefore, properties will be assessed <br />for those improvements they require and assessments are proposed on <br />a per acre basis. <br />The Engineer presented a diagram for proposed sanitary sewer in <br />the area. <br />Mr. Greg Deeb questioned why sewer was proposed along Soo Lane, <br />but the properties cou1d tie into sewer from the line proposed to <br />run north and south along the Water 4Jorks property. <br />Page -4- <br />
