MINUTES <br />City Council <br />Jan. 5, 1987 <br />Ramsey Mr. FaP;ey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />County <br />League RESOLUTION N0. 87-1-7 - APPOINTING <br />Representatives JOSEPH CHLEBECK AS THE CITY'S RAP~SEY <br />COUNTY LEAGUE REPRESENTATIVE AND BEVERLY <br />SCALZE AS THE CITY'S ALTEP.NATE DELEGATE <br />DURING 1987 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Collova, Scalze, Blesener, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 7. <br />Fire Dept. RICK COLLOVA AN0.~RS, ~• WILS,I~`7 BLESENF'~2 <br />-&EVERk.~-sE-Rf_-~EAS THE CITY'S REPRESENTATIVES <br />4 Correction ON THE FIRE DEPARTMENT PENSION BOARD DURING <br />Res.87-1-14 1987 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Scalze, Blesener, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 8. <br />Planning Fahey reported that the terms of office of Art Herkenhoff, Sharon <br />Commission Timmons and Thomas Perlinger on the Planning Commission expired <br />Appointments on December 31, 1986. The City has advertised these vacancies <br />and has received applications from Sharon Timmons, Art Herkenhoff, <br />Thomas Perlinger, Jon Pope and Harry Rydell. Fahey pointed out <br />that all applicants have excellent qualifications and also the <br />attendance of the incumbents over the past three years has been <br />excellent. <br />The City Clerk passed out ballots to Councilmembers for voting <br />to fill the vacancies on the Planning Commission. The vote was <br />as follows: <br />Mr. Collova voted for Timmons, Herkenhoff and Pope; <br />Mr. Blesener voted for Timmons, Herkenhoff and Pope; <br />Mrs. Scalze voted for Perlinger, Timmons and Herkenhoff; <br />Mr. Fahey voted for Perlinger, Timmons and Herkenhoff; <br />Mr. LaValle voted for Perlinger, Timmons and Herkenhoff. <br />Page -5- <br />
