MINUTES <br />City Council <br />Feb. 11, 1987 <br />Tulgren Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Liquor <br />License RESOLUTION N0. 87-2-55 - ISSUING AP! ON-SALE <br />(Cont.) LIQUOR LICENSE TO MR. TULGREN IN ACCORDANCE <br />WITH HIS APPLICATION AS MR. TULGREN NAS <br />HELD A SIMILAR LICENSE IN TNE CITY IN THE <br />PAST AND HAS DONE A GOOD JOB AND WORKED <br />CLOSELY WITN THE CITY ON ANY PROBLEMS AT <br />BRADY'S ON RICE STREET IN THE PAST <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Blesener, Fahey, Collova, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 58. <br />U.S. Sprint The City Engineer reported that U. S. Sprint would like authorization <br />Optic Cable to run an optic cable route in the railroad right-of-way. The <br />Route Engineer recommended approval. <br />Agenda Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Item No. 12 <br />RESOLUTION N0. 87-2-56 - APPROVING THE <br />LAYING OF U. S. SPRINT OPTIC CABLE ALONG <br />THE S00 LINE RAILROAD RI6HT-OF-WAY BASED <br />ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE CITY ENGINEER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Fahey, Collova, Scalze, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 59. <br />Dave The City Engineer reported that Lot 4, Nadeau Addition, owned by <br />Frattalone Dave Frattalone was mistakenly assessed for sanitary sewer. The <br />Sanitary Engineer pointed out that the property does not abutt the improvement. <br />Sewer The Engineer reported that it was agreed not to assess this parcel <br />Assessment at the improvement hearing, however, the assessment was levied. <br />Agenda The City Clerk reported that Mr. Frattalone has been paying this <br />Item No. 13 assessment, and it will be necessary to calculate the amount of <br />money paid in order to make a refund to Mr. Frattalone. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and ~oved its adoption: <br />Page -16- <br />
