MINUTES <br />City Council <br />Feb. 11, 1987 <br />Frattalone RESOLUTION N0. 87-2-57 - DELETING THE <br />Assessment SANITARY SEWER ASSESSMENT FOR THE DAVE <br />(Cont.) FRATTALONE PROPERTY, PARCEL N0. 53-5420-040-00, AS <br />THIS IMPROVEMENT DOES NOT ABUTT THE PROPERTY, <br />AND REBATING TO MR. FRATTALONE THE PORTION OF <br />THE ASSESSMENT WNICH HE HAS ALREADY PAID, BASED <br />UPON THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE CITY ENGINEER, <br />AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO CALCULATE <br />THE REBATE DUE MR. FRATTALONE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Collova, Scalze, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 60. <br />Road The City Engineer recommended that the City impose weight restrictions <br />Restrictions on City roads effective immediately. The Engineer reported that <br />the State will be imposing their restrictions effective Sunday. <br />Agenda <br />Addition Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 87-2-58 - IMPOSING WEIGHT <br />RESTRICTIONS ON CITY STREETS EFFECTIVE <br />IMMEDIATELY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Collova, Scalz, LaValle, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 61. <br />Lighting Mr. Fahey reported that he has received a complaint regarding the <br />At Family flashing lights at Family Video on Little Canada Road. Fahey <br />Video reported that he spoke with the owner of Family Video, who agreed <br />to stop the flashing lights. However, the property owner <br />Agenda complaining would like the colored lights replaced with white <br />Item No. 14 lights. The owner of Family Video does not feel the colored <br />lights are offensive and refuses to remove them. <br />Fahey felt that there was no cause to take action against the <br />owner of Family Video and personally did not feel the colored <br />lights were offensive. <br />Scalze pointed out that flashing lights are in violation of the <br />City's ordinance, however, colored lights were not. <br />Page -17- <br />
