RESOLUTIONS City Council Feb. 11, 1987 Bingo Mr. Collova reported that the City has not received a PUD Agreement PUD from Tom Short, owner of the building being leased to the Little Agreement Canada Charitable Bingo Organization. Agenda Fahey instructed the City Attorney to check into this. Addition Street Mr. ~lesener reported that the City received the following Sweeping quotations for street sweeping for 1987: Bids Clean Sweep, Inc. $52.00 per hour Agenda Crosstown Sweeping Corp. $52.00 per hour Item No. 16 American Sweeping Co. $57.50 per hour T. A. Schifsky $55.00 per hour Foss Sweeping $46.00 per hour Public Works has recommended that the low bid of Foss Sweeping be accepted and approved. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 87-2-61 - ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE LOW BID OF FOSS SWEEPING IN THE AMOUNT OF $46.00 PER HOUR FOR 1987 STREET SWEEPING WORK The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. Ayes (5) Blesener, Fahey, Collova, Scalze, LaValle. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 64. Tax Abatement Mrs. Scalze reported that there are property taxes accruing on & Assessment the Thunder Bay park property and Johnson park property as well Deletions as assessments. For Pa~k Properties The City Attorney reported that the City needs to make application to the County for the abatement of taxes and deletion of assessments Agenda on these properties. This is not done automatically. Item No. 17 Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 87-2-62 - INSTRUCTING TNE CITY CLERK TO MAKE APPLICATION TO THE COUNTY FOR THE ABATEMENT OF TAXES AND DELETION OF ASSESSMENTS ON PARCEL NOS. 05-29-22-12-0069, 05-29-22-12-0079, 05-29-22-31-0048 Page -19-
