MINUTES
City Council
Feb. 11, 1987
Zilge pointed out that the problem tif getting watermain to the
area will not be resolved for a long time, and he would like to
add on right away.
Fahey pointed out that if Mr. Zilge signs an agreement stating
that he will connect to water when it is brought into the area,
he will be deemed in favor of such improvement, and would waive
his right to oppose the improvement.
Scalze stated that she was in favor of putting in the watermain
right away.
Zilge pointed out that the State will be redoing Woodlyn Avenue
and there is a possibility of bringing watermain in from this
direction.
Deeb also suggested that the Council look at the terrain of the
area.
Fahey suggested that Zilge check with the Building Inspector to
determine if it is necessary to sprinkler his building and proposed
addition.
Zilge asked if it is not necessary, if he could obtain a building
permit for the addition.
Blesener replied that the Council would have to lift the building
moratorium in the area, and it may be possible to do so at the
next Council meeting.
Council discussed Imp. No. 87-1 and felt that a special meeting
should be held to discuss the Improvement as well as proposed
Ordinance No. 281 and the Cellular One request for conditional
use permit.
Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 87-2-47 - CALLING FOR A
SPECIAL MEETING ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 4, 1987
AT 7:30 P.M.
