RESOLUTIONS <br />City Council <br />Feb. 11, 1987 <br />Klein Scalze pointed out that Mr. Stenger acted as Mr. McCulloch's <br />Fence spokesman, and Stenger agreed to meet Mrs. Klein's wishes with <br />(Cont.) regard to the fence. Scalze felt that the minutes and tape should <br />be researched. <br />Fahey agreed and suggested that the Attorney review this information <br />as well as the development agreement for the property. <br />Klein again expressed concern with the matter being delayed and <br />felt that her concerns were not being considered. <br />Scalze felt that the City had to be very cautious in a matter that <br />could result in legal action. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 86-2-48 - TABLING ACTION ON <br />THE KLEIN/McCULLOCH FENCE MATTER FOR TWO <br />WEEKS PENDING A REPORT FROM THE CITY ATTOR~IEY <br />REGARDING HIS OPINION AS WELL AS SUBMISSION <br />OF TRANSCRIPTS OF PAST MEETING TAPES AT WHICH <br />THIS MATTER WAS DISCUSSED, AND INSTRUCTING <br />THE CITY CLERK TO FURNISH MRS. KLEIN WITH <br />COPIES OF SUCH TRANSCRIPTS AS WELL AS A COPY <br />OF THE CITY ATTORNEY'S OPINION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Scalze, LaValle, Blesener, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 49. <br />Bingo Mr. Ray Masman, representing the Lions Club, appeared before the <br />Council and submitted 990 forms, a roster for the Lions Club, <br />Agenda the bond for the Lions Club, a check to the City from the lions, <br />Item No. 7 a directory of Lions members, and reported that he will submit <br />the charter for the North Ramsey 500 Lions Club shortly. <br />Fahey reported that the City would like a directory of Lions <br />Club members for the past three years. Masman replied that he <br />would submit this information. <br />Mr. Masman informed the Council that the accountant for the <br />Little Canada Charitable Bingo Organization was also present <br />at tonight's meeting and had financial information to submit to <br />the Council on this Organization since it began operating the <br />bingo hall in the City this past July. <br />Fahey asked Masman how the Bingo Hall Association related to the <br />various charities involved in the Little Canada Charitable Bingo <br />Organization. <br />Page -6- <br />
