MINUTES City Council Feb. 11, 1987 Bingo Blesener requested the average number of bingo players at each (Cont.) session and the average number of bingo packages per player. Babel reported that he could produce this information. Babel also reported that the number of players has been increasing and for the month of December the average was 244 per session. Fahey requested the number of people playing bingo for the dates December 20 through January 10 at each session plus the number of package sold at each session. Scalze felt that the Council should obtain this information for each date since the bingo organization began operation. Babel reported that the information is available, but it will take a substantial amount of work to obtain it. Mr. Bob Nash asked if P4r. Babel was speaking on behalf of each of the charities or just the Lions Club. Masman replied that Mr. Babel is the accountant for each charity. Nash asked if Babel could produce information on each of the charities. Babel replied that he could. Babel hired him, and the Hall Association of each charity. reported that the Hall Association is comprised of a representative Collova pointed out that the bingo hall was given permission for an occupancy of 450 people, and the Building Inspector counted the chairs recently and there were 596. Mr. Masman replied that the extra chairs have been removed. Scalze requested an updated floor plan for the hall, and noted that the floor plan has been revised since it was first presented to the Council. Masman agreed to submit this information. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 87-2-49 - REQUESTING TNAT EACH CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION, EITHER THROUGH THEIR ACCOUNTANT OR BINGO MANAGER, INVOLVED IN THE LITTLE CANADA CHARITABLE BINGO ORGANIZATION SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION TO THE CITY CLERK PRIOR TO FEBRUARY 25, 1987: Page -9-
