MINUTES <br />City Council <br />Feb. 25, 1987 <br />Minutes Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />(Cont.) <br />RESOLUTION N0. 87-2-71 - APPROVING THE <br />MINUTES OF THE FEBRUARY 7, 1987 WORKSHOP <br />MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Fahey, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 75. <br />Lakeside Mayor Fahey opened the Public Hearing on the request by Gordy <br />Estates Howe for a front yard setback variance for Lakeside Estates. <br />Front Yard Fahey pointed out that the Planning Commission recommended approval <br />Setback of the variance. Also, the Planner submitted a report dated <br />Variance February 10, 1987 recommending approval as a hardship exists in <br />that the County is requesting 10 feet of additional right-of-way <br />Agenda from this plat. Mr. Howe would like to line his proposed homes <br />Item No. 4 up with the existing homes along Edgerton, and a setback variance <br />is necessary to do this. <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />P.ESOLUTION N0. 87-2-72 - CLOSING THE <br />PUBLIC NEARING ON THE FRONT YARD SETBACK <br />VARIANCE REQUESTED BY GORDY NOWE FOR <br />LAKESIDE ESTATES <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Collova, Scalze, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 76. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 87-2-73 - APPROVING THE <br />fRONT YARD SETBACK VARIANCE REQUESTED <br />BY GORDY HOWE FOR LAKEVIEW ESTATES BASED <br />ON THE RECOMMENDATIONS CONTAINED IN THE <br />PLANNER'S REPORT DATED FEBRUARY 10, 1987 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Fahey, Collova, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 77. <br />Page -2- <br />
