MINUTES <br />City Council <br />Feb. 25, 1987 <br />Klein/ Scalze pointed out that on December 10 the City was reacting to <br />P1cCulloch the fact that Mr. D1cCulloch told the Council that the Klein property <br />Fence was in the process of being sold. <br />Matter <br />(Cont.) Klein stated that the sale Mr. McCulloch referred to was never <br />proposed. <br />Mrs. Klein also stated that she wanted to put the City Council on <br />notice that in the future if any of her family is injured by the <br />barbed wire on P4r. McCulloch's fence, that it is clear that the <br />barbed wire was approved by the Council. Klein felt that there <br />was a potential hazard with the barbed wire on the fence. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 87-2-76 - REQUIRING MR. <br />McCULLOCH TO REPLACE THE WEST PORTION OF <br />NIS FENCE FROM THE FRODIT OF HIS BUILDING TO TNE <br />LEGAL DISTANCE FROM THE STREET WITH CHAIN-LINK <br />FENCE AND ALSO REQUIRING MR. McCULLOCH TO TURN <br />THE SLATS AROUND IN THE WOODEN PORTION OF THE <br />FEPICE SO AS TO FACE TO THE OUTSIDE OF HIS <br />PROPERTY IN ORDER TO MEET ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS, <br />AND ALSO REQUIRING THAT MR. McCULLOCH REPLACE THE <br />BARBED WIRE ON TOP OF THE FENCE TO MEET CITY <br />ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS, ALL OF THIS TO BE <br />ACCOMPLISHED BY APRIL 15, 1987 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Collova, Fahey, Scalze, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Pages 80 and 81. <br />P~rs. Klein thanked Mrs. Scalze for her honest, sincere support that <br />she gave her during this matter. <br />Imp. No. The City Engineer submitted a letter dated February 19, 1987 <br />$7-4 recommending the improvement of Country Drive from south of <br />Country South Owasso Blvd to approximately the Water Works property. <br />Drive The Engineer pointed that since part of the project will be <br />assessed, a public hearing is necessary. The remainder of the <br />Agenda cost of the project will be paid through State Aid funds. <br />Item No. 7 <br />The Engineer also reported that the portion of Country Drive <br />north of Little Canada Road will be improved as part of the <br />Little Canada Road bridge project. <br />Page -8- <br />
