No. Mr. Blesener suggested that the Engineer determine how the previous <br />87-4 improvements on Country Drive were assessed and provide this infor- <br />(Cont.) mation at the improvement hearing. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 87-2-77 - CALLING FOR A <br />PUBLIC HEARING FOR IMPROVEMENT N0. 87-4, <br />THE IMPROVEMENT OF COUNTRY DRIVE WITH <br />CURB AND GUTTER FROP1 SOUTH OWASSO BLVD. <br />TO APPROXIMATELY TNE l-0ATER WORKS PROPERTY, <br />FOR APRIL 8, 1987 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, LaValle, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Dook No. 17, Page 82. <br />4lindrow The City Engineer submitted a letter dated February 19, 1987 <br />Drive recommending acceptance of Windrow Drive upon receipt of evidence <br />Acceptance that all outstanding costs of development have been paid. <br />Agenda Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Item No. 8 <br />RESOLUTION ~10. 87-2-78 - ACCEPTING WINDROW <br />DRIVE BASED ON THE REOCMMENDATIONS OF THE <br />CITY ENGINEER AND UPON THE PRESENTATION OF <br />SATISFACTORY EVIDENCE TO THE CITY CLERK <br />BY THE DEVELOPER THAT ALL OUTSTANDING COSTS <br />OF DEVELOPMENT HAVE BEEN PAID <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Collova, Scalze, Blesener, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 83. <br />Zoning The City Planner has presented for Council consideration proposed <br />Revision revisions to the Zoning Code. <br />Hearing <br />Council stated that they will review these revisions and discuss <br />aganda them at a public hearing to consider adoption of the revisions. <br />Item No. 9 <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Page -9- <br />
