MINUTES
City Council
March 11, 1987
Cellular it was in the City's best interest to have the text amendment on the
One (Cont.) books so that would not be any confusion and it would be clear that
a tower was a conditional use.
Scalze stated that it was her understanding that if something was
not listed in the Code, it was not a permitted use.
The City Attorney replied that the general language in the Code in
this instance was troublesome.
Scalze suggested that then perhaps the troublesome language should
be corrected.
As a text amendment requires 4 affirmative votes in order to pass,
Council felt that the matter should be tabled until the full Council
was present.
Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 87-3-110 - TABLING ACTION
ON THE PROPOSED TEXT AMENDMENT FOR ESSENTIAL
SERVICES FOR TWO WEEKS
The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey.
Ayes (4) Fahey, Scalze, Collova, LaValle.
Nays (~).
Resolution declared adopted.
This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 120.
Assessment The City Engineer reported that the assessment reapportionment for
Reapportion- Division No. DM 060537 was routine.
ment
Div.
