MINUTES <br />City Council <br />March 25, 1987 <br />Moratorium Pnr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />On Liquor <br />Licenses RESOLUTION N0. 87-3-121 - DECLARING A <br />(Con±.) MORATORIUM ON TNE ISSUANCE OF ON-SALE <br />LIQUOR LICENSES IN THE CITY IN THE EVENT <br />THAT THE STATE LEGISLATURE ISSUES ANY <br />ADDITIONAL LICENSES TO THE CITY, AND UNTIL <br />SUCH TIME AS THERE IS AN ORDINANCE IN EFFECT <br />TO CONTROL THE ISSUANCE OF THESE POTENTIAL <br />LICENSES <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, LaValle, Collova, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 132. <br />Recess At this point in the meeting, 9:08 P.M., Council took a short recess. <br />The meeting was reconvened at 9:15 P.M. <br />Assessment The City Engineer reported that the assessment reapportionment for <br />Reapportion- Division No. DA 06016 was routine, and recommended approval. <br />ment <br />Div. DA 06016 <br />Item No. 8 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Collova, Fahey, Blesener. <br />~lays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 133. <br />Woodlyn The City Engineer reported that his office is proceeding to prepare <br />Avenue plans and specifications for the improvement of Woodlyn Avenue by <br />Update watermain. <br />Agenda The Engineer further reported that at this point Mr. Deeb and h9r. <br />Item No. 9 Donovan have not decided if they want to proceed with the improvement <br />of watermain along proposed Soo Lane. <br />Page -11- <br />
