MINUTES City Council April 8, 1987 Imp. No. 87-4 (Cont The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Dlesener. Ayes (41 Fahey, Blesener, Scalze, Collova. Nays (1) LaValle. Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Pages 145 and 146. Mrs. Scalze suggested that the City and/or the Economic Development Committee conduct interviews with marketing groups to assist in the sale of the property along Country Drive. Fahey noted the sizable amount of money that would be charged by a marketing gro~ap. Fahey suggested that this matter should be discussed by the Economic Development Committee, and that that Committee should bring a recommendation back to the Council. Water The City Clerk reported that William Reiter of 533 Schletty Drive Connection has requested authorization to connect to the watermain on Little WM. Reiter Canada Road. Agenda The Council was agreeable provided that Mr. Reiter pay a connection Item No. 6 charge and comply with the provisions contained in Resolution No. 86-5-189, which were required of other Schletty Drive properties that connected to watermain on Little Canada Road. Fahey suggested that an additional provision be added in that should watermain be petitioned for on Schletty Drive, Mr. Reiter would be deemed in favor of said improvement. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 87-4-134 - APPROVING THE WATER CONNECTION FOR 533 SCHLETTY DRIVE TO LITTLE CANADA ROAD AS REQUESTED BY WILLIAM RFITER SUBJECT TO THE CONDITIONS OUTLINED IN RESOLUTION N0. 86-5-189 AND SUBJECT TO THE PROVISION THAT THE HOMEOWNER AGREES THAT IN THE EVENT WATER IMPROVEMENT IS PETITIONED FOR ON SCHLETTY DRIVE, HE WOULD BE DEEMED IN FAVOR OF SUCH PROVISION The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey.
