No. <br />87-8 (Cont.) <br />Soil <br />Borings <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 18 <br />Insect/ <br />Rodents/ <br />P!oodpi 1 es <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 19 <br />WATERPIAIN, AND CALLING FOR A PUBLIC <br />NEARING TO CONSIDER THIS IMPROVEMENT <br />ON JUNE 24, 1987 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Collova, LaValle, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 258. <br />The City Engineer reported that soil borings have been ordered for the <br />Centerville Road area, however, the results of the borings have not <br />been received. <br />The City Attorney submitted for approval a proposed ordinance <br />regulating woodpiles. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following ordinance and moved its adoption: <br />ORDI~IANCE N0. 284 - AN ORDINANCE ADDING <br />PARAGRAPHS o AND (p) TO SECTION 601.030 <br />OF THE MUMICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE <br />CANADA RELATING TO INSECT AND RODENT HARBORAGE <br />APID STORAGE OF FIREWOOD <br />The foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Collova, Scalze, LaValle, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Ord.inance declared adopted. <br />Acquisition The City Attorney recommended that a permanent easement be purchased <br />Of Easement from Mr. Day for the Sylvan Street improvement in the amount of <br />Day Property $2,666 which is slightly above the appraised value of the easement. <br />Agenda Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Item No. 20 <br />RESOLUTION N0. P7-5-240 - APPROVING THE <br />ACQUISITIOM OF AN EASEMENT FOR THE SYLVAN <br />STREET IMPRQVEMENT FROP1 MR. DAY IN THE <br />AP10U~IT OF $2,666.00 AS RECOP9MENDED BY THE <br />CITY ATTOR~IEY AND AUTHORIZING THE P4AYOR <br />AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE TNE AGREEMENT ON <br />BEHALF OF THE CITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by P1r.
