Ayes (5) Scalze, Collova, LaValle, Blesener, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 17, Page 242. Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTIOPI ~10. 87-5-225 - GRANTING A SIDEYARD SETBACK VARIANCE OF 20 FEET FOR P9R. RON CARLS0~1 FOR LOT 10, 6LOCK 2, SOUTHERN SLOPES ADDITION, BASED ON THE FACT THAT THE COUPJCIL PREVIOUSLY GRANTED TNE SAME VARIAPdCE ON THIS PROPERTY FOR MR. DUKOI~JITZ AND THAT THE LOT WAS CREATED BY THE CITY WITH AN UNUSUAL SHAPE AND THAT I~l ALL PROBABILITY THE STREET b!ILL NEVER BE EXTENDED A~!D SUBJECT TO THE CONDITION THAT NO FURTHER SPLIT OF THE LOT OR VARIANCES WILL BE GRANTED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. Finkelson Mayor opened the Public Hearing to consider the preliminary plat Preliminary submitted by Norm Finkelson for a four lot subdivision to be known Plat as Finkelson Estates, with two lots fronting on Sylvan Street and two lots fronting on Spruce Street. The Planning Commission and the City Planner have recommended approval of the preliminary plat which meets code in all respects. Page -4-
