USE, FURTHER INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO <br />ORDER AN APPRAISAL OF THE CENTERVILLE ROAD <br />PROPERTY AND TO GIVE A COPY OF THE SOIL TESTS OF <br />THIS PROPERTY TO THE APPRAISER, AND INSTRUCTING <br />TFIE CLERK TO SEND A LETTER TO THE OIdNERS OF THE <br />BUTLER, FASCIANA, DAVE FRATTALONE, BIBEAU, APlD <br />QUALITY BLACKTOP PROPERTY, INFORP4ING THEM THAT <br />THE CITY tJOULD LIKE TO HAVE AN APPRAISAL OF <br />THEIR PROPERTY DONE AND ASKING THEIR AUTNORIZATION <br />TO DO SO <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by P9r. Blesener. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, Blesener, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 18, Page 340. <br />Gervais Scalze gave a progress report of the work which is progressing in the <br />P1i 11 Park Gervai s P4i 11 Park. <br />Agenda <br />Addition <br />16th Rider Scalze reported that the Little Canada Recreation Association would <br />Agreement like to construct a storage shed at the skating rinks next to the <br />Idith Board Fire Barns. In order to do so, the City must enter into a rider <br />Of !~later agreement with the Board of 4later Commissioners as a portion of the <br />Commissioners shed will be on 4!ater blorks property. <br />Agenda Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Addition <br />RESOLUTION N0. 87-7-316 - APPROVING THE <br />16th RIDER AGREEMENT 1JITH THE BOARD OF <br />WATER COMMISSIONERS PERTAINING TO ADDITIONAL <br />EQUIPMENT BUILDING ON WATER IJORKS PROPERTY <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE ACTING MAYOR AND CITY <br />CLERK TO SIGN THIS AGREEP1ENT ON BEHALF OF <br />THE CITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, Blesener, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book ~lo. 18, Page 341. <br />Page -16- <br />
