Council noted that Mr. Frattalone does not <br />Property have a special use permit for this stockpile. <br />4genda Blesener reviewed the letter the City received from Northwest <br />Item No. 21 Associates regarding outdoor storage and screening requirements. <br />Blesener stated that if the storage remains, it is his interpretation <br />that it will have to be screened from site and the stockpile cannot <br />extend above the top of the storage fence. <br />Page -28- <br />
