MINUTES <br />City Council <br />August 26, 1987 <br />Wright Fahey pointed out that the Wright's are requesting that they be <br />Property allowed to live in the house for the 120 days after closing as <br />Purchase the purchase agreement for the new house they intend to buy will <br />Agreement expire at the end of the month, and the purchase may fall through <br />(Cont.) as the closing with the City on their current home is not anticipated <br />until September 15. <br />Frattalone reported that there may be a possibility of the Wright's <br />getting an extention on their purchase agreement. <br />The Council and Frattalone discussed construction of the street once <br />the closing occurs, and Frattalone requested that the City Engineer <br />stack the construction area. <br />The City Attorney requested that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized <br />to sign the purchase agreement with the Wright's when it is received. <br />P4r. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 87-8-415 - AUTHORIZI~IG THE <br />MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN A PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR <br />THE IJRIGHT PROPERTY ON LABORE ROAD 0~1 BEHALF OF THE <br />CITY AS RECOP~MENDED BY THE CITY ATTOR~IEY WITH THE <br />PROVISION THAT THE b1RIGHT'S WILL BE ALLOWEiI T~ LIVE <br />IN THE PROPERTY FOR A PERIOD OF UP TO 120 DAYS <br />FROM THE DATE OF CLOSING AND IJITH THE PROVISION THAT TNE <br />CITY AND/OR ITS DESIGNEES, SUCCESSORS AND INTERESTS <br />4JILL DE ALLOWED TO WORK WITHIN TNE AREA DESIGNATED <br />FOR CONSTRUCTION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, Fahey, Collova, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Dook No. 18, Page 411. <br />The City Attorney then recommended that the P~ayor and City Clerk be <br />authorized to sign the purchase agreement and any other necessary <br />documents selling the Wright property to Mr. Frank Frattalone. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 87-8-416 - AUTNORIZING THE <br />MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN A PURCHASE AGREEMENT <br />ON BEHALF Of THE CITY TO SELL THE W.RIfHT PROPERTY ON <br />LABORE ROAD TO FRA~1K FRATTALONE A~1D AUTHORIZING THE <br />MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEVELOPMEPIT AGREEME~IT <br />41ITH MR.
