MINUTES <br />City Council <br />August 26, 1987 <br />Cedar <br />Lakeside <br />PUD <br />Amendment <br />(Cont.) <br />BY TNE CITY PLANNER IN HIS REPORT <br />DATED AUGUST 11, 1987 WITH THE EXCEPTION <br />OF THE REQUIREMENT OF A SHARED DRIVEWAY <br />BASED ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, Fahey, Scalze, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 18, Page 404. <br />St. John's Fahey opened the public hearing on the Council initiated rezoning <br />Credit Union of the property adjacent to the St. John's Credit Union. Fahey <br />Area Rezoning reported that the proposal came about when the Credit Union property <br />, was rezoned from B-3 to RB to reflect the use of the property. <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 7 Scalze noted the property proposed to be rezoned to R-1 and asked <br />if there was an access easement across this property to the back <br />of the Credit Union property. <br />The Planner replied that if there is an access easement, it is a <br />private easement which does not show up on plat records. <br />Fahey asked if there was anyone present wishing to comment on the <br />proposed rezoning of the property adjacent to the Credit Union. <br />There was no one present wishing to comment. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 87-8-379 - CLOSING TNE <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED REZONING <br />OF THE ST. JOHN'S CREDIT UNION AREA <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) Fahey, Scalze, Collova, 6lesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 18, Page 405. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 87-8-380 - REZONING THE <br />ST. JOHN S CREDIT UNION AREA AS OUTLINED <br />ON PAGE 19 OF CITY COUNCIL AGENOAS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, Blesener, Collova, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 18, Page 406. <br />page _n._ <br />
