N0. 86-3, IMPROVEMENT <br />OF DEMONT FROM SAVAGE LANE TO McMENEMY ROAD <br />BY STREET, CURQ AND GUTTER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Collova. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, Collova, Scalze, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 18, Page 409. <br />The City Clerk reported that he will send new hearing notices to <br />the property owners of the lots identified by the appraiser as needing <br />to be reviewed as well as the corner lots in the Roy Wilson Addition, <br />which will be revieHied by the Council at their next meeting. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 87-8-384 - APPROVING AND <br />ADOPTING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR IMP.NO. <br />86-3 AS AMENDED <br />DEMONT AVENUE - SAVAGE LANE TO McP1ENEMY <br />ROAD BY STREET, CURB A~1D GUTTER <br />COUNTY NQ 5663 <br />INTEREST RATE - 9% PER ANNUM <br />INSTALLMENT - EIGHT YEARS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, Fahey, Scalze, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 18, Page 410. <br />Assessment Fahey opened the assessment hearing on Improvement No. 86-4, <br />Hearing improvement of Savage Lane by street, curb and gutter. <br />Imp. No. <br />86-4 Fahey noted the written appeal filed by St. John's Church regarding <br />the assessment. <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 10 Fahey asked if there was anyone from the general public present <br />wishing to comment. <br />Richard Sykes, 319 Savage Lane, reported that he has no problem <br />with the assessment, but felt that the sod he received was of <br />poor quality and that for the amount of the assessment he is being <br />charged, he should have qood sod. <br />Page -9- <br />
