Blesener~ intr~oduced the following r~esolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 87-10-491 - APPROVING THE PLANS FOR THE 35E IMPROVEMENT AS PRESENTED BY TNE CITY ENGINEER The for•egoing r•esolution was duly seconded by Mr•. No. The City Engineer~ r•epor•ted that the City has r•eceived seven bids 87-8 for• Impr~ovement No. 87-8, the extension of sewer~ and water• to the Slumber•land and Gar~dner• Br•os. Homes pr~oper•ties. The low bid was Agenda r•eceived fr~om Holst Excavating of Pr•escott, Wisconsin in the Item No. 9 amount of $94,062.50. The Engineer r•ecommended that the Council awar•d the low bid, which was below his estimate for• the pr•oject. Mr•.
