Ayes (5) Blesener•, Scalze, Collova, Fahey, <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declar~ed adopted. <br />This r~esoltuion appears in Resolution Book <br />by Mrs. Scalze. <br />LaValle. <br />No. 18, Page 519. <br />Easement The City Attor•ney submitted for~ Council appr•oval an easement with <br />Appr~oval Union Oil for Imp. No. 84-13. The Attor•ney r•ecommended appr~oval. <br />Union Oil <br />Mr•. Blesener• intr•oduced the following r•esolution and moved its adoption: <br />Age,~~da <br />item No. 10 RESOLUTION N0. 87-10-493 - APPROVING THE <br />EASEMENT FOR UNION OIL FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />N0. 84-13 AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY ATTORNEY <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO <br />SIGN THE EASEMENT ON BENALF OF THE CITY <br />The for•egoing r•esolution was duly seconded by P4r•. Collova. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener~, Collova, Fahey, LaValle, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declar~ed adopted. <br />This r~esolution appear•s in Resolution Book No. 18, Page 520. <br />Easement The City Flttor•ney r~epor•ted that the last easement necessar~y for~ <br />Appr•oval Impr•ovement No. 84-13 involves G's Restaur•ant. The City has an <br />G's appr•aisal for• the easement in the amount of $2,300. However•, the <br />Restaur•ant pr~oper~ty owner~ feel s the easement i s wor•th mor~e than the appr•ai sal . <br />The City has offer•ed $2,800 for the easement, and the pr•oper•ty owner• <br />Agenda will settle for• $3,000. The City Attor•ney r~ecommended appr•oval of <br />Addition the easement with a pur~chase pr•ice of $3,000, <br />Mr•. Blesener• intr•oduced the following r•esolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 87-10-494 - APPROVING THE <br />EASEPIENT FOR G S RESTAURANT FOR IP1P. N0. <br />84-13 AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY ATTORNEY <br />WITH A PURCHASE PRICE FOR THE EASEMENT OF <br />$3,000 AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR FlND CITY <br />CLERK TO SIG~1 THE EASEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE <br />CITY <br />The for•egoing r•esolution was duly seconded by Mr•.
