Fahey pointed out that the or•dinance would be enfor•ced <br />on a complaint basis, but gives the City and Sher•iff's Depar•tment <br />the contr~ol that is needed. <br />Mr•. Fahey intr•oduced the following or•dinance and moved its adoption: <br />ORDINANCE N0. 289 - ADDING SECTION 1101.060 <br />TO TNE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE <br />CANADA RELATING TO BARKING DOGS <br />The for~egoing or•dinance was duly seconded by Mr•. No. 86-7. The City has had these easements <br />86-7 appr~aised, and the Attor•ney r~equested City appr•oval of the easement <br />amounts at this time. <br />Agenda <br />Addition Mr•s.
