MINUTES <br />City Council <br />Oct. 14, 1987 <br />Barking The City Attorney submitted for Council approval proposed Ordinance <br />Dog No. 289 r~egulating bar•king dogs. <br />Or•di nance <br />Fahey r•epor•ted that he r•equested the Attor•ney to draw up this <br />Agenda or•dinance as he has r•eceived complaints r•egar~ding bar•king dogs <br />Item No. 11 in the City. Fahey pointed out that the or•dinance would be enfor•ced <br />on a complaint basis, but gives the City and Sher•iff's Depar•tment <br />the contr~ol that is needed. <br />Mr•. Fahey intr•oduced the following or•dinance and moved its adoption: <br />ORDINANCE N0. 289 - ADDING SECTION 1101.060 <br />TO TNE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE <br />CANADA RELATING TO BARKING DOGS <br />The for~egoing or•dinance was duly seconded by Mr•. Collova. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Collova, Scalze, LaValle, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Or•di nance decl ar•ed adopted. <br />Easements The City Attor•ney r•eported that ther•e ar•e two easements that the City <br />For• Imp. has not acquir~ed for• Imp. No. 86-7. The City has had these easements <br />86-7 appr~aised, and the Attor•ney r~equested City appr•oval of the easement <br />amounts at this time. <br />Agenda <br />Addition Mr•s. Scalze intr•oduced the following r~esolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 87-10-495 - APPROVING <br />APPRAISALS OF VALUE OF TEPIPORARY EASEMENTS <br />TO BE ACQUIRED RELATIVE TO LITTLE CANADA <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 86-7 <br />The for•egoi ng r~esol uti on was duly seconded by Mr•. Bl esener~. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Collova, LaValle, Fahey. <br />~lays (0). <br />Resolution declar•ed adopted. <br />This r•esolution appear•s in Resolution Book No. 18, Page 522 and 523. <br />1988 Law The City Cler•k presented for• Council approval the 1988 law enfor~cement <br />Enfor•cement contr~act in the amount of $305,627.00. The Clerk pointed out that <br />Contr~act law enforcement has been budgeted for• in the City's 1988 Budget. <br />Agenda Mr. Blesener• intr•oduced the following r•esolution and moved its adoption: <br />Item No. 12a <br />RESOLUTI0~1 N0. 87-10-496 - APPROVING THE <br />1988 LAW ENFORCEMENT CONTRACT WITH THE <br />RAMSEY COUPdTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTME~IT IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $305,627.00 <br />Page -17- <br />
