RESOLUTION N0. 87-10-509 - APPROVING THE <br />KENNETH HAUTH PROPERTY DIVISION REQUEST <br />FOR LOTS 21, 22, AND 23, BLOCK 11, NORTH <br />HEIGHTS ADDITION COMBINING THE LOTS INTO <br />ONE AS WELL AS APPROVING A VARIANCE FOR THE <br />RESULTING LOT FOR LOT AREA <br />The for•egoi ng r•esol uti on was duly seconded by Mr~. Bl esener•. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Blesener, Scalze, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declar•ed adopted. <br />This r•esolution appear~s in Resolution Book No. 18, Page 537. <br />Blesener~ suggested that action on the front yar•d setback var•iance <br />be tabled until ther•e is a development r•equest for• the pr•oper~ty. <br />Mr•. Fahey intr•oduced the following r•esolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 87-10-510 - TABLIMG ACTION <br />ON TNE KENNETN HAUTH P.EQUEST FOR A FRONT <br />YARD SETBFlCK VARIANCE FOR A PERIOD OF 90 DAYS <br />The for~egoing r•esolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener•. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, f3lesener•, Scalze, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This r•esolution appears in Resolution Book ~lo. lII, Page 538. <br />Blesener• suggested that the Council act on a var•iance for• lot ar•ea <br />for• the lot r•esulting fr~om the combination of Lots 18, 19, and 20 <br />owned by Mr•. Waite. <br />The City Cler•k pointed out that Mr•. Waite has not applied for• a <br />lot ar•ea var•iance, even though the lot will be less than 10,000 <br />squar•e feet i n si ze. The Ci ty C1 er•k r•epor•ted that when Mr•. Wai te <br />applied for the property division, he informed him that a variance <br />would be needed for• lot ar•ea for• the combination of Lots 18, 19, <br />and 20. <br />Mr•. Waite indicated that he is only r•equesting the division of his <br />pr~oper•ty into thr•ee lots. Waite stated that if he cannot have his <br />pr•oper•ty di vi ded i nto thr~ee 1 ots, then he woul d r•equest the pr•oper•ty <br />be divided into two lots. <br />Page -6- <br />
