SUBJECT TO THE DEDICATION OF ANY GRADING AND <br />DRAINAGE EASEMENTS AS DETERMINED NECESSARY BY <br />THE CITY ENGINEER, WITH THE COUNCIL DECLARING <br />THAT THE VARIANCE IS BEING GRANTED DUE TO CITY <br />ACTION IN TAKING EASEMENT FOR THE SYLVAN STREET <br />CUL-DE-SAC WHICH CAUSED THE PROPFRTY TO BE UNDER <br />THE CITY'S 10,000 SQUARE FOOT MINIMUM REQUIREMENT <br />The for~egoing r•esolution was duly seconded by Mr•s. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener•, Scalze, Fahey, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declar•ed adopted. <br />This r•esolution appear~s in Resolution Book No. 18, Page 587.and 588. <br />Count The City Engineer~ r•epor~ted that the only wor•k left to be completed <br />Road B-2 on the County Road B-2 lift station is the landscaping, Ther•efor~e, <br />Lift the Engineer recommended that the withholding on this pr~oject be <br />Station r•educed fr•om 5% to 2% of the contr•act amount. <br />Agenda Mr•.
