MINUTES <br />City Council <br />Nov. 25, 1987 <br />Huonder~ Huonder• r•epor•ted that Fr•ank Fr•attalone will be doing the excavation <br />fill Per•mit and filling necessar•y on the lot and r~epor~ted that it is estimated <br />(Cont.) that 1,000 yar•ds of fill will be necessar•y. Huonder~ explained the <br />excavation and filling pr~ocess that will be followed. <br />Fahey asked if the lot was buildable. <br />The City Engineer• r~eplied that it will be once the excavation and <br />filling are completed. <br />The Engineer~ also r~epor•ted that drainage of the ar•ea will not be <br />effected by the filling. <br />Blesener• asked if the City's 30 foot utility easement will be effected. <br />Nuonder~ r•eplied that it would not. <br />Huonder• also r•epor~ted that the Water~shed wants them to stay at least <br />3 feet fr~om the high water• mar•k, and the home is pr•oposed to be 7 1/2 <br />feet above the high water• mar•k. <br />Huonder• al so r~eported that Mr•. Fr~attal one and the Bui 1 di ng Inspector• <br />will meet with Twin City Testing on the r~esults of their soil tests <br />after• the filling oper•ation is complete. <br />Collova r•epor•ted that the Building Inspector• will not issue a building <br />per~mi t for• the pr•oper~ty unti 1 a sati sfactor•y soi 1 test i s r•ecei ved. <br />Mr~. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener•, Scalze, Collova, LaValle, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declar~ed adopted. <br />This r~esolution appear•s in Resolution Book No. 18, Page 602. <br />Frattalone Fahey r•eviewed the r~ecommendation of the City Cler~k, Public Hlor•ks <br />Pr•operty Super•intendent and City Engineer• s office that the City r~etain its <br />Exchange pr•oper•ty adjacent to the Fr•ank Frattalone pr•oper•ty and not par•ticipate <br />in the pr•oper~ty exchange suggested by Mr•. Fr•attalone. <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 8 The City Cler•k also pointed out that ther~e is a deed r•estr~iction <br />on the City pr•oper•ty stating that the pr~oper•ty can only be used for• <br />ponding.
