The Engi neer~ r~epor~ted that the r•eason the pr•oper~ty was r•equired to be platted was to clean up the leqal descr~iptions. Mr•. Blesener~ intr~oduced the following r~esolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 88-1-13 - MODIFYING THE COU~ICIL'S RESOLUTION OF MAY 27, 1987 REOUIRING A TOPOGRAPHICAL MAP OF THE LIEBEL PROPERTY AS PER THE RECOPIP~ENDATION OF THE CITY PLANNER OF APRIL 2, 1987 QASED ON THE RECOPIMENDATION OF THE CITY ENGINEER THAT THE REQUIREMENT FOR TOPOGRAPHICAL MAP BE DELETED IN THIS INSTANCE AS IT IS UNNECESSARY The for~egoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr~. LaValle. Ayes (5) Blesener•, LaValle, Collova, Scalze, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declar•ed adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 19, Page 13. Twin Lake The City Attorney r•epor•ted that City is appr•oaching the fifth payment Bl vd. necessar~y for• the Twi n Lake Bl vd. pr•oper•ty i t i s acqui r~i ng i n or~der~ to Pr~oper~ty obtain a cer•tificate of sale for• the pr~oper•ty. It was the City Attor•ney' s r~ecommendation that the City pay off the contr•act at this Agenda time and that he continue to attempt to get the Cer•tificate of Title Item No. 7 fr•om the Examiner• Title's Office. Council discussed tlie matter~ and agr•eed with the Attorney's r~ecommendation and suggested that the money to pay off the contract come fr~om the City's Reser•ve Fund. The City Cler~k outlined the availability of utilities to this proper•ty and suggested it may be necessar~y to enter• into a joint power•s agr•eement with the City of Vadnais Heights to obtain sewer• and water• to ser~ve this pr~oper~ty. The Ci ty Engi neer~ r•epor~ted that ther•e i s Li ttl e Canada sewer~ avai 1 abl e to possibility the easter•ly two lots that could be developed on this proper~ty, however•, i n or•der• to extend the sewer• 1 i ne fur•ther•, a pump station would be necessar•y. Mr•. Fahey intr~oduced the following r•esolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. II8-1-14 - AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF TNE [~ALANCE OLJED FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE TtJIN LAKE BLVD.
