MINUTES City Council Feb. 10, 1988 Center•ville Fasciana proper•ty amounts to appr•oximately $1,400 plus inter•est Road Pr•oper~ty br•inging the total to slightly over $2,000. & Fasciana Option Mr•. Blesener intr•oduced the following r•esolution and moved its adoption: Agreement (Cont.) RESOLUTION N0. 88-2-43 - AUTHORIZI~IG THE CITY ATTORNEY TO I~ICLUDE THE CITY'S ABATEMENT OF THE DEFERRED ASSESSMENT ON THE FASCIANA PROPERTY AS PART OF THE OPTION AGREEP~ENT THE CITY HAS SUBMITTED TO THE FASCIA~IA'S FOR THE PURCHASE OF THEIR PROPERTY IN THE CENTEP.VILLE ROAD AREA, THESE ASSESSP9ENTS AMOUNT TO APPROXI- MATELY $1,400 PLUS INTEREST, AND ALSO I~ICLUDING A PROVISION IN THE OPTIO~I AGREEME~IT THAT SHOULD A HIGHER PRICE FOR Pf:OPERTY IN THE CE~ITERVILLE ROAD AREA BE NEGOTIATED, THE FASCIAPlA'S GIOULD RECFIVE THE SAP1E FlMOUI~T FOR THEIR LAND The for~egoing r~esolution was duly seconded by Mr•.
