G9INUTES <br />City Council <br />April 27, 1988 <br />L& S Fahey noted that the City needs to inspect the str•uctur•al aspects of <br />Enter•pr~ises the thir•d office that was installed. A r•evised site plan is a1so <br />(Cont.l necessary. The City needs to determine if parking requirements are <br />being met. However, Fahey stated that the other Code r•equir~ements <br />can be dealt with the businesses individually. Fahey stated that if <br />there ar•e thr•ee businesses in a building wher~e only two were appr•oved, <br />the City must get the landlor•d's attention and the pr•oper~ty shaped up. <br />f3lesener• and Scalze agr•eed. <br />Collova pointed out that the clean-up necessar~y at the other~ businesses <br />will not effect L& S Enter•pr~ises. <br />N~r•. Fahey intr~oduced the following r•esolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 88-4-165 - GRANTING A TEMPORARY <br />AUTO REPAIR LICENSE TO L& S ENTERPRISES TO <br />OPERATE AT 3180 RYAN LANE UNTIL THE MAY 25, 1988 <br />COUNCIL MEETING AND I~ISTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO <br />IJRITE A LETTER TO THE BUILDING ObINER AND THE THRFE <br />OCCUPANTS INSTRUCTING THEM TO COMPLY N1ITH THE <br />RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE BUILDING INSPECTOR AS CONTAINED <br />IN NIS APRIL 26, 1988 P1EM0 OR APPEAR AT THE MAY 25th <br />MEETIPIG TO EXPLAIN tdNY THEY CANPIOT COMPLY AND FURTHER <br />INSTRUCTIPIG THE CITY CLERK TO I~IDICATE IN THE LETTER <br />THAT FAILURE TO COMPLY MAY RESULT IN ACTION BEING <br />TAKEN I~IITN REGARD TO TNEIR BUSINESS LICENSES, AND <br />FURTHER DIRECTING THE BUILDING INSPECTOR TO GRANT <br />ADDITIONAL TIME FOR COMPLIANCE t~IITH THOSE ITEMS <br />THAT P1AY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL TIP1E, AND FURTHER <br />INSTRUCTING THE CITY PLAMPlER TO WORK WITH THE BUILDIMG <br />INSPECTOR TO DETERMINE IF THERE ARE ANY OTHER SITE <br />PLAM MODIFICATIONS THAT AP.E APPROPRIATE AND WNETHER <br />OR NOT THE SITE PLAN IdITH THREE BUSINFSSES COP1PLIES <br />WITH CODE REQUIREMENTS FOR PARKING, ETC. <br />The for~egoing r~esolution was duly seconded by P7r•. Collova. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Collova, Scalze, LaValle, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declar•ed adopted. <br />This r•esolution appear~s in Resolution Book No. 19, Page 169. <br />Blesener~ pointed out that ther~e is an open lot in Ryan Industr~ial Par•k <br />whi ch appear•s to be becomi ng a di sposal ar~ea for~ i noper•abl e buses. <br />Collova r~epor•ted that he will discuss this with the 13uilding Inspector <br />and ask him to contact the pr~oper•ty owner•. <br />The City Cler•k r•epor•ted that 3172 Ryan Dr~ive also has three offices, <br />when the City has a site plan showing appr~oval of two. <br />Page -21- <br />
