Blesener~ asked if the building owner~ has r•eviewed the bids. The City Cler•k r~eplied that he believed the Building Inspector• has discussed the bids with the building owner•. Scalze felt that any City contr~actor•s being awar•ded bids should have a business license. The City Cler•k replied that Advent Constr•uction does have a contr~actor•'s license. Mr•.
