This r•esolution appear~s in Resolution Book No. 19, Page 211. <br />LaMotte Mr~. Andy LaMotte r•epor•ted that he has met with the Building Inspector~ <br />Auto r~egar•ding his application for~ auto r•epair• license to oper•ate a business <br />Repair• at 3180 Ryan Lane. LaMotte r~epor•ted that the Building Inspector• has <br />License indicated that he should be given 60 daysin which to make the site <br />impr~ovements that have been identified. <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 9 Fahey suggested that since the Council has nothing in wr~iting fr~om the <br />Building Inspector regarding the 60 day time period, the City Clerk <br />contact the Inspector during the recess break to determine his <br />r•ecommendation. <br />Recess At this point in the meeting, 8:58 P.M., Council took a shor~t r~ecess. <br />The meeting was r•econvened at 9:06 P.M. <br />LaMotte The City Cler•k r~epor~ted that he has discussed the matter• with the Building <br />(Cont.) Inspector• who indicated that gr•anting Mr•. LaMotte some time to make <br />necessar•y si te impr•ovements woul d be appr~opr•i ate. <br />Fahey suggested that a 90 day time per~iod be appr•oved. <br />Mr~. Blesener~ intr~oduced the following r•esolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 88-5-209 - APPROVING A 90-DAY <br />EXTENSION FOR THE LaMOTTE TEMPORARY AUTO REPAIR <br />LICENSE TO AL~OW MR. LaMOTTE OR THE PROPERTY <br />OWNER TIME TO MEET WITH THE CITY PLANNER TO <br />RESOLVE THE ISSUES OF PARKING, LANDSCAPING, <br />AND THE CONCERNS RAISED BY THE BUILDING <br />IPISPECTOR IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE SITE AT <br />3180 RYAN LANE <br />The for•egoing r•esolution was duly seconded by Mr~. A letter• was also r•eceived fr•om the Little Canada Fir~e <br />Agenda Depar•tment detailing how bingo funds ar~e used inter~nally to the benefit <br />Item No. 10 of the Fir~e Depar•tment. Fahey noted the letter• r~eceived fr•om Mr•. LaValle <br /> indicating that money used for~ the Relief Association is a per•missible <br /> expenditur~e pr~ovided that that money r•elieves a bur•den of a local gover~ning <br /> body. <br /> Page -11- <br />
