Division Resolution declar•ed adopted. (Cont.) This r•esolution appear~s in Resolution Book No. 19, Page 211. LaMotte Mr~. Andy LaMotte r•epor•ted that he has met with the Building Inspector~ Auto r~egar•ding his application for~ auto r•epair• license to oper•ate a business Repair• at 3180 Ryan Lane. LaMotte r~epor•ted that the Building Inspector• has License indicated that he should be given 60 daysin which to make the site impr~ovements that have been identified. Agenda Item No. 9 Fahey suggested that since the Council has nothing in wr~iting fr~om the Building Inspector regarding the 60 day time period, the City Clerk contact the Inspector during the recess break to determine his r•ecommendation. Recess At this point in the meeting, 8:58 P.M., Council took a shor~t r~ecess. The meeting was r•econvened at 9:06 P.M. LaMotte The City Cler•k r~epor~ted that he has discussed the matter• with the Building (Cont.) Inspector• who indicated that gr•anting Mr•. LaMotte some time to make necessar•y si te impr•ovements woul d be appr~opr•i ate. Fahey suggested that a 90 day time per~iod be appr•oved. Mr~. Blesener~ intr~oduced the following r•esolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 88-5-209 - APPROVING A 90-DAY EXTENSION FOR THE LaMOTTE TEMPORARY AUTO REPAIR LICENSE TO AL~OW MR. LaMOTTE OR THE PROPERTY OWNER TIME TO MEET WITH THE CITY PLANNER TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES OF PARKING, LANDSCAPING, AND THE CONCERNS RAISED BY THE BUILDING IPISPECTOR IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE SITE AT 3180 RYAN LANE The for•egoing r•esolution was duly seconded by Mr~. Bingo The Council acknowledged r~eceipt of financial r~epor•ts fr~om the Lake Owasso Childr~en's Home. A letter• was also r•eceived fr•om the Little Canada Fir~e Agenda Depar•tment detailing how bingo funds ar~e used inter~nally to the benefit Item No. 10 of the Fir~e Depar•tment. Fahey noted the letter• r~eceived fr•om Mr•. LaValle indicating that money used for~ the Relief Association is a per•missible expenditur~e pr~ovided that that money r•elieves a bur•den of a local gover~ning body. Page -11-
