MINUTES <br />City Council <br />Sept. 14, 1988 <br />Snowmobile The Council reviewed a letter dated August 29, 1988 from the Little Canada <br />Club Snowmobile Club outlining the purpose of the Club as well as the Club's <br />participation ~n Canadian Days, and asking the Council to reconsider the <br />Agenda Club's request for use of the Council Chambers for Club meetings. <br />Item No. 16a <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESQLUTION N0. 88-9-397 - APPROVING THE <br />USE OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY COUNCIL <br />CHAMBERS BY THE LITTLE CANADA SNOWMODILE <br />CLUB, WITH SUCN USE TO BE COORDINATED WITH <br />THE CITY CLERK <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Fahey, Scalze, Blesener, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 20, Page 4i1. <br />Audit The City Council r•eviewed the City Auditor's r~ecommendations as contained <br />Summary in his P~anagement Report dated June 30, 1988. It was the concensus of <br />the Council to adopt these r•ecommendations which were a par~t of the City's <br />Agenda audit. <br />Item No. 16b <br />Mr~s. Scalze intr•oduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 88-9-398 - ADOPTING THE <br />RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY AUDITOR AS <br />CONTAINED IN HIS MANAGEMENT REPORT DATED <br />JUNE 30, 1988 <br />The for•egoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Fahey, LaValle, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This r•esolution appear•s in Resolution Book No. 20, Page 412. <br />Replenish The City Clerk recommended that the Petty Cash Fund be replenished. <br />Petty Cash <br />Fund Mr•. Collova introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Agenda RESOLUTION N0. 88-9-399 - REPLENISHING <br />Addition THE PETTY CASN FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$50.00 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Collova, LaValle, Scalze, Blesener, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 20, Page 413. <br />Page -13- <br />
