Mr. Blesener introduced the following r•esolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 88-9-385 - CIOSING THE <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON THE BWANA ARCHERY <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Scalze, Collova, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This r•esolution appear•s in Resolution Book No. 20, Page 398. <br />Mr•. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 88-9-386 - APPROVING TNE BWANA <br />ARCHERY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST TO <br />CONDUCT RETAIL SPORTING GOODS SALES AND <br />ESTABLISH AN INDOOR ARCHERY SHOOTING RANGE <br />AT 3015 COUNTRY DRIVE SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE <br />WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER <br />AS CONTAINED IN HIS REPORT DATED SEPTEMBER <br />2, 1988 AND SUBJECT TO AN APPROPRIATE LANDSCAPING <br />BOND BEING SUBMITTED BY BIdANA ARCHERY I~1 AN <br />AMOUNT TO BE DETERMINED BY THE CITY PLANNER <br />The for•egoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Fahey, LaValle, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 20, Page 399. <br />Round Fahey reported that the City Cler~k has informed the Council that Round <br />Lake Trail Lake Trail Townhouses has indicated that they have hired a contractor <br />Townhouses to do necessary work on the pr~operty as has been required by the City <br /> in a Development Agreement with htr•s. Schr•ier. <br />Agenda <br />6 <br />Item No <br />Mr. Jay McNabb, attorney representing some of the residents of the <br />. townhomes, reported that he previously brought the concerns of the <br /> residents before the Council. As a r~esult, the Council withheld <br /> occupancy per~mits until the problems were corrected. After that <br /> action, the retaining wall on the property was repaired, however, <br /> the residents are not 100% satisfied with the r~epair~s. The DNR is <br /> currently monitoring the retaining wall. <br /> McNabb reported that the residents also have concern for landscaping <br /> which has not been completed, and pointed out that this fall would be <br /> the ideal time to get this landscaping installed.
