MINUTES <br />City Council <br />October 12, 1988 <br />R& S The City Attorney reported that he has not had an opportunity to review <br />Development title of the Zilge property to ensure that tl~e pr~operty is actually in <br />Agr•eement Mr. Zilge's name. Nowever, the Attor•ney suggested that to speed things <br />(Cont.) along, title could be verified after the signed easement is presented to <br />the City. <br />Mr. Fahey pointed out that Mr. Rustad also needs to submit a signed <br />road r•ight-of-way easement to the City for~ his portion of the road, <br />however, this is covered in the Development Agreement. Therefore, <br />Fahey felt that once the Zilge easement is received, the building permit <br />could be issued to Rustad. <br />P9r. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 88-10-435 - APPROVING THE <br />ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT TO R& S <br />AUTOMOTIVE UPON RECEIPT OF A SIGNED <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AS WELL AS A SIGNED <br />ROAD EASEMENT FROM MR. ZILGE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Fahey, Scalze, Collova, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This r•esolution appears in Resolution Book No. 20, Page 450. <br />Assessment The City Engineer presented assessment reappor~tionments for DA 061742 and <br />Reapportion- DA 061755 and recommended approval. <br />ment <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Agenda <br />Item No. 7 RESOLUTION N0. 88-10-436 - APPROVING THE <br />ASSESSMENT REAPPORTIONMENT FOR DA 061742 <br />AND DA 061755 AS RECOMP4ENDED BY THE CITY <br />ENGINEER <br />The for~egoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr~. Collova. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Collova, Fahey, blesener, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 20, Page 451. <br />Erosion & The City Clerk pr•esented to the Council for their review a proposed <br />Sediment Erosion and Sediment Contr•ol Ordinance. <br />Contr•ol <br />Ordinance Council noted that suc~~ an or•dinance does not have to be adopted for• a <br />couple of year•s. The ordinance before the Council is a dr•aft ordinance <br />Agenda being put together• by the County.
