P1IPlUTES City Council October 26, 1988 Multiple Mr•. alesener introduced the following r~esolution and moved its adoption: Rezonings (Cont.) RESOLUTION N0. 88-10-458 - APPROVIMG THE REZONING OF THE CITY GARAGE PROPERTY FROM I-1 TO PUBLIC The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr•. Fahey. Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Fahey, LaValle. Nays (0). Resolution declar•ed adopted. This r~esolution appear•s in Resolution Book No. 20, page 473. Fr•attalone stated that he still had concer•ns about the r•ezoning of his proper~ty to I-P. Fahey pointed out that the business would continue as grandfather•ed in and if Mr. Frattalone wished to add on to his business, this would be allowed as lona as the non-confor~mity was not being incr•eased. Frattalone asked if he sold his property if the grandfathered rights would continue. Fahey r•eplied that as long as the same use of the pr•oper•ty was maintained, the gr•andfather riqhts would continue. However, if the use lapsed for~ a period of 6 months, then the business could not be re-established with the non-confor•mities. Mr. Blesener• introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 88-10-~459 - REZONING THE NORTN STAR ESTATES TRAILER PARK PROPERTY AS WELL AS PROPERTY WEST AND SOUTH OF THE TRAILER PARK TO I-P DISTRICT AS RECOMMENDED E3Y THE PLANNING COMMISSION The for•egoing r•esolution was dialy seconded by Mr•. Fahey. Ayes (5) Blesener, Fahey, Scalze, Collova, LaVa11e. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appear•s in Resolution Book No. 20, Page 474. Mr~.
