Fahey. <br />A,yes (5) Blesener, Fahey, Scalze, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (O). <br />Resolution declar•ed adopted. <br />This r~esolution appear~s in Resolution Book No. 20, Page 479. <br />Yaggy The Council reviewed the recommendation of the Economic Development <br />Colby Committee that the fir~m of Yagg;y Colb,y Associates be hired to do a <br />Marketing marketing stud,y of the Country Drive area. <br />Study <br /> Fahey stated that he was concer•ned with the suggestion for~ studying <br />Agenda some areas along Rice Street as well. Fahey pointed out that this <br />Item No. l0a had not been r•ecommended b,y the Economic Development Committee. <br /> Scalze agreed, but pointed out that the Committee did discuss it. <br /> Scalze stated that she would be inter•ested. in the cost of the Rice <br /> Str•eet study. <br /> Fahey suggested that the City wait and see if ther•e is any interest <br /> by a developer• on Rice Street before it proceeds with a study. <br /> Blesener suggested that Yagg,y Colby give the City an estimate of the <br /> cost for studying Rice Street. <br /> Mr•.
