Blesener~. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Blesener, Scalze, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appear•s in Resolution Book ~lo. 20, Page 481. <br />LaValle felt that the f3uilding Inspector and City Planner shoulcl repor~t <br />back to the Council on this matter• dir•ectly by memo or by attending the <br />next Council meeting. <br />Blesener suggested that the City Planner also review the parking concerns <br />voiced as well as the site plan. <br />Fahey suqgested that a letter be sent to Mr•. Schr•ier~ outlining the <br />deficiencies and infor•ming him of what the City will legall,y r•equire <br />him to do. <br />Blesener suggested that any reports the City receives be forwarded to <br />Mr•. P1cNabb. <br />Kathy Scalze r~eported that Kathy Wyland is leaving the employment of the <br />Wyland North Suburban Press and sugqested that the City send her a thanl<s for <br /> the excellent job she has done in cover~ing City events and functions. <br />Agenda <br />Addition <br />Australian 7he Cicy Engineer• r•eported that he has r~eviewed the dr•ainage problem <br />Avenue adjacent to the Peterson home on AustraBian and submitted a feasibility <br />Drainage report on his recommendation for improvement. F stimated cost is $15,776. <br />Impr•ovement The Engineer r•epor•ted that the r~un-off adjacent to the Peter•son pr•oper•ty <br /> is coming fr•om the street itself. The City Engineer r•ecommended that <br />Agenda a storm sewer pipe and catch basin be installed along the property <br />Item Pdo. 7a line to direct r•un-off into the lake. <br /> Fahey asked how the project would be paid for. <br /> Dlesener repor•ted that Public Wor•ks has suggested that since the pr~oblem <br /> is caused by street run-off, the project should be paid for from the Storm <br /> Sewer• Fund. <br />The City Cler•k pointed out that when the City held the public hear•ing <br />r•eqar•ding various stor~m sewer impr~ovements, this pr~oject was not <br />included. Therefore, in order to pay for this project with storm sewer <br />fund monies, a public hear~ing would have to be called.
