The Clerk pr~esented an overhead showing the <br />property abutting Ryan Dr•ive as well as additional pr•operties which use <br />Agenda Ryan Drive for access. The City Clerk asked. the Council's position on <br />Item No. 8b assessment of the improvement if ordered. The Cler•k suggested that <br />in addition to the pr~operties abutting R,yan Drive, additional properties <br />within the industr•ial park could be included in the assessment. <br />Scalze pointed out that when the Mor•rison Avenue impr•ovement was assessed, <br />the City only assessed those benefited proper•ties abutting P4or~r•ison. Scalze <br />pointed out that to assess additional pr~operties within the industrial park <br />would be a deviation from the City's past policy. <br />Page -3- <br />
