MINUTES <br />City Council <br />Dec. 28, 1988 <br />Imp. No. The City Engineer pointed out that ther•e will be a sidewalk from the school <br />88-23 to the parking lot. <br />(Cont.) <br />Scalze felt that a sidewalk should run adjacent to the par~king lot as <br />well for safety r~easons. The Council agreed. <br />Fahey pointed out that the plans shows an additional parking ar•ea and <br />indicates that this parking ar•ea is to be improved by the City of Little <br />Canada. Fahey instr•ucted the City Engineer~ to inform the School District <br />that the City has no plans to put this parking lot in. <br />Council agreed that the School Distr•ict should be so infor~med so that there <br />is no confusion on the matter. <br />The City Engineer• indicated that he would wr•ite a letter• to the School <br />District informing them of this. <br />Assessment The City Engineer submitted to the Council for approval assessment <br />Reapportion- reapportionment for• DA061891. The Engineer reported that the reappor•tionment <br />ment was routine. <br />DD061891 <br />The City Clerk r~eported that this reapportionment involves the Spooner <br />Agenda Par•k proper~ty. The Cler•k r•epor•ted that all assessments on the property <br />Item No. 6b wer•e paid at the time of the City's purchase of the property. Ther•efore, <br />there are no monies to be paid by the City involving this reappor~tionment. <br />Mr•. alesener intr•oduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 88-12-549 - APPROVING THE ASSESSPIENT <br />REAPPORTIONMENT FOR DIVISION N0. DD061891 AS <br />SUBMITTED BY THE CITY CLERK AND AS RECOMMENDFD <br />BY THE CITY ENGINEER <br />The for•egoing r•esolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Fahey, LaValle, Collova. <br />Nays (O1. <br />Resolution declar~ed adopted. <br />This r•esolution appears in Resolution Book No. 20, Page 588. <br />Assessment The City Engineer• submitted for approval assessment reapportionment for <br />Reapportion- DD061891, which the [ngineer repor~ted involved the property divisions on <br />ment Sylvan Avenue. The Engineer reported that the r~eapportionment was routine. <br />DA061819 <br />Mr~s.
