MINUTES City Council Jan. 11, 1989 School Thein stated that the School District wants to correct its r•un-off Addition pr•oblems, but asked if other• ar•eas are benefiting by this pipe. If (Cont.1 so, Thein suggested that the cost of the impr•ovement be assessed accordingly. The Council instructed the City Engineer to determine the draina.ge area that this stor•m sewer• pipe would serve. Thein reported that the School District's architect and Roger Worner will review the plans as well as the agreement proposed by the City. Thein asked the length of the bond issue for• the impr•ovement. The City Clerk estimated that the issue would be for 10 years. Thein r•epor•ted that there is the possibility the bond issue would be paid off early if the Capital View sale goes through. Mr. 6lesener intr•oduced the following r~esolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 89-1-11 - ~1CCEPTING THE LITTLE CANADA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL FFASIf3ILITY REPORT AS SUBMITTED ~3Y TNE CITY ENGINEER The for~egoing r•esolution was duly seconded by Mr•s. Scalze. Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, collova, LaValle, Fahey. ~lays (0). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 21, Page 11. The Council felt that the bids for the parking lot and stor•m sewer• impr•ovement should be coordinated with the bids taken by the School District for~ the building addition. P4r•.
