Scalze introd.uced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 89-1-39 - AUTHORI7ING BILL <br />SANDERS TO COMPLETE THE PARK MASTER PLAN <br />FOR THE COMPREHENSIVF PLAN, INCORPORATING <br />PRTORITIES AND SURVEY RESULTS <br />The for~eqoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Fahey, Blesener, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This r•esolution appear~s in Resolution Book No. 21, Page 41. <br />Fahey asked if it was the position of the Par•k Commission that the City <br />would move to other park improvements once Centerville Road Par•k is <br />usable. <br />Scalze replied that that was cor~r•ect. The Commission does not anticipate <br />totally completing Centerville Road Par~k before taking on other park <br />improvements. Scalze pointed. out that there are other park improvements <br />budgeted for in 19II9. <br />Sanders reported that the play area and a portion of trail in Thunder <br />Bay Par•k i s budqeted for• i n 1989. <br />Fahey felt that outside the budgeted par•k impr•ovements, the City should <br />respect the wishes of its doner•s to get Center~ville Road Par•k improved. <br />Little Canada The City Engineer repor•ted that there are some changes in the plans <br />School Addition for utilities at the Little Canada Elementar•y School, and he would <br />continue to work with the 5chool Distr•ict's engineers on this matter~. <br />Agend.a <br />Item PJo. lla Fahe,y informed the Engineer to not move forward with bids for the <br />project until the City r•eceives the necessary signed documents fr~om <br />the School Distr•ict. <br />Fahey reported that he and Collova would be meetina with the School <br />Distr•ict tomorrow. <br />Or•dinance Mrs. Scalze intr~oduced the followin9 or•dinance and moved its adoption: <br />No. 312 <br />ORDI~IANCE N0. 312 - AN INTERIPI ORDINANCE <br />Agenda EXTENDING A MORATORIUM <br />Item ~lo. 12a <br />The foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by Mr. LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, alesener, Collova, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Ordinance declared adopted. <br />Page -18- <br />
