Fahey reported that the City's <br />goal is to have the park laraely developetl during 1989 with completion <br />dur~i ng 1990. <br />Cellular One Fahey opened the Public Hearing on the request of Cellular One for a <br />Conditional Use Per•mit to construct a transmission facility adjacent <br />to the City's water~ tower~ and to attach antennas and micr•o-wave d.ish <br />to the water~ tower•. Fahey r~epor~ted that the Planning Commission has <br />recommended by a 5 to 2 vote to approve the CUP. The City Planner <br />has also recommended appr~oval. <br />fahey reported that the Cit,y has r•eceived a letter of concern fr•om <br />resident, John Guzik, asking if the transmission facility would <br />interfere with TV reception. There has also been concern expressed <br />as to whether~ or not the facility will inter•fere with emeraency <br />ser~vices frequencies. <br />Lrian Roger, representing Cellular One, appeared before the Council <br />Paqe -2- <br />
