MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL Little Canada, Minnesota February 8, 1989 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Council of the city of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 8th day of February, 1989 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Agenda Mayor Michael Fahey chaired the meeting and called it to Item No. 1 order at 7:45 P.M, and the following members of the Council were present at roll call: Agenda MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Michael Fahey Item No. 2 Councilman Mr. Bill Blesener Councilman Mr. Rick Collova Councilman Mr. Jim LaValle Councilwoman Mrs. Beverly Scalze ALSO PRESENT: City Clerk/Treasurer Mr. Joseph Chlebeck Consulting Engineer Mr. Donald Carley City Attorney Mr. Thomas Sweeney City Planner Mr. David Licht Recording Secretary Ms. Deirdre Catterton Minutes Scalze pointed out that on page 16 of the January 25, 1989 minutes should be amended to include her name in the last Agenda paragraph, regarding the Committee that the Park Commission Item No. 3 designated for the design of the Recreation Building. Also, page 23, regarding the number of 55 and older, it should read 4th highest of the 15 voting precincts in the school district, instead of the 5th highest concentration. Blesener pointed out that on page 25, Resolution No. 89-1- 49, should be amended to include the property that was in question. The property being the City's, on Country Drive. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 89-2-51 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE JANUARY 25, 1989 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS AMENDED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. Ayes (5), Nays (O). Resolution declared adopted. This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 21, Page 53. Announcements The Mayor announced that the Commodity Food Program begins Page 1
