MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />Little Canada, Minnesota <br />February 8, 1989 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting <br />of the Council of the city of Little Canada, Minnesota was <br />held on the 8th day of February, 1989 in the Council <br />Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada <br />Road in said City. <br />Agenda Mayor Michael Fahey chaired the meeting and called it to <br />Item No. 1 order at 7:45 P.M, and the following members of the Council <br />were present at roll call: <br />Agenda MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Michael Fahey <br />Item No. 2 Councilman Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Councilman Mr. Rick Collova <br />Councilman Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Councilwoman Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Clerk/Treasurer Mr. Joseph Chlebeck <br />Consulting Engineer Mr. Donald Carley <br />City Attorney Mr. Thomas Sweeney <br />City Planner Mr. David Licht <br />Recording Secretary Ms. Deirdre Catterton <br />Minutes Scalze pointed out that on page 16 of the January 25, 1989 <br />minutes should be amended to include her name in the last <br />Agenda paragraph, regarding the Committee that the Park Commission <br />Item No. 3 designated for the design of the Recreation Building. <br />Also, page 23, regarding the number of 55 and older, it <br />should read 4th highest of the 15 voting precincts in the <br />school district, instead of the 5th highest concentration. <br />Blesener pointed out that on page 25, Resolution No. 89-1- <br />49, should be amended to include the property that was in <br />question. The property being the City's, on Country Drive. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-2-51 - APPROVING <br />THE MINUTES OF THE JANUARY 25, 1989 <br />REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS AMENDED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5), Nays (O). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 21, Page 53. <br />Announcements The Mayor announced that the Commodity Food Program begins <br />Page 1 <br />
