MINUTES <br />City Council <br />February 8, 1989 <br />and rescue in the small percentage that they use of the <br />$350. <br />Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 89-2-52 - RECONSIDERATION OF <br />THE MOTION DENYING THE NORTH STAR TRAILER <br />PARK'S EMERGENCY PROCEDURES, PUTTING IT ON <br />HOLD FOR 60 DAYS, TO GIVE ATTORNEY TIME TO <br />RESEARCH RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CITY, AND <br />TO GIVE THE ENGINEER AND BUILDING OFFICIAL <br />TIME TO LOOK AT THE CONSTRUCTION, SOIL <br />CONDITIONS AND WHAT COULD BE BUILT AT A <br />REASONABLE COST. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mrs. Scalze. <br />Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 21, Page 54. <br />Recess At this point in the meeting, 9:06 P.M., Council took a <br />short recess. The meeting was reconvened at 9:14 P.M. <br />Terrace Mayor Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved <br />Heights and its adoption: <br />3020 Trailer <br />Parks RESOLUTION NO. 89-2-53 - ADVISING THE STATE THAT <br />THEIR EMERGENCY EVACUATION PLANS BE APPROVED, <br />Agenda BASED UPON THE EMERGENCY SERVICES PLAN SUBMITTED <br />Item No. 5 BY THE TERRACE HEIGHTS MOBILE HOME PARK AND 3020 <br />TRAILER PARK, AND THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE <br />EMERGENCY SERVICES COMMITTEE. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. Blesener. <br />Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />This resolution appears in Resolution Book No. 21, Page 55. <br />Addition to Mrs. Ens appeared before the board with regards to the <br />Agenda property. <br />Carley said that they did meet with the County over one <br />Page 7 <br />
