Frattalone never returned his call. ~flr. Chlebeck stated that the applicant was requesting to be heard, Mr. I'ahey indicated that he did not feel ~he request would be passed. n9rs. Scalze stated that previously the Parlc Commission had recommended tax reformation, but did not have any minutes regarding the proposal; therefore, they were not sure exactly c,~kzat to recommend, Mrs. Scalze felt that in this case unc7er the circumstances, the Park Comrnission would not have recommended tax reformation.
