PQr, Grittman stated <br />(cont.) that he tried to get ahold of Frank Frattalone to tell him <br />that the business would not be allowed at that site. <br />Mr. Grittman said that D9r. Frattalone never returned his <br />call. <br />~flr. Chlebeck stated that the applicant was requesting to be <br />heard, <br /> Mr. I'ahey indicated that he did not feel ~he request would <br /> be passed. n9rs. Scalze thought the applicant should be told <br /> tha t his request ~•~as against Little Canada's Codes, <br /> 1~9r. Fahey asked P4r. Chlebeclc to intorm P9r. Frattalone that <br /> his request would probably not be approved, <br />flo~ae/DeBace Mr. Fahey indicated that the Howe/Dei3ace subdivision request <br />Subdivision was in connection with the Fiardee's proposal, The Plannirig <br /> Com mission recommended approval of the subdivision request. <br />~genda The proposal i~ to split a remnant of property that was part <br />Tt~m No. II of the o1d Dick and Mary's property south of Country Drave <br /> on ~tice Street. <br />~1 gentlernan from the audience indicated that for some reason <br />the Court House hac~ combined two parcels of land which <br />belonged to the same owner. Scalze indicated that since the property in question is <br />just a 1,700 square ioot piece, she feels that the park <br />charge should be waived. t+7rs. Scalze stated that previously <br />the Parlc Commission had recommended tax reformation, but did <br />not have any minutes regarding the proposal; therefore, they <br />were not sure exactly c,~kzat to recommend, Mrs. Scalze felt <br />that in this case unc7er the circumstances, the Park <br />Comrnission would not have recommended tax reformation. <br />The City Planner and ~he Planning Commission have <br />recommended approval. <br />Page -9- <br />
