Scalze indicated that since the property in question is <br />just a 1,700 square ioot piece, she feels that the park <br />charge should be waived. t+7rs. Scalze stated that previously <br />the Parlc Commission had recommended tax reformation, but did <br />not have any minutes regarding the proposal; therefore, they <br />were not sure exactly c,~kzat to recommend, Mrs. Scalze felt <br />that in this case unc7er the circumstances, the Park <br />Comrnission would not have recommended tax reformation. <br />The City Planner and ~he Planning Commission have <br />recommended approval. <br />Page -9- <br />
